1:1 Coaching (Single or Packaged Sessions)

Because coaching is a high-commitment, customized process:

  • No refunds are issued for completed sessions.
  • You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice—missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
  • If you’re not satisfied after your first session only, you may request a 50% refund within 48 hours.

Payment Plans for Coaching Packages

  • Payment plans are a commitment to the entire coaching program.
  • Missed or late payments may result in paused access to sessions.
  • Refunds are not available once the program has begun, regardless of the payment plan.

Online Courses (Self-Paced Programs)

  • You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, if less than 20% of the course has been accessed.
  • After 7 days or once 20% of the course is completed, no refunds will be issued.
  • For payment plans: You are responsible for all scheduled payments, even if you do not complete the course.
